Civitatis reviews
We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
Fantastic! Monica went above and beyond to explain and teach us the history of each site we were passing during our trip. Vincent was a great driver also.
Very very good. Marco was very knowledgeable Took us to places I would not have found explained history behind it and added his uniqueness (humour and lovely nature)
He also remembered every body’s name
