Translate this opinion into English.

The gondola ride through the canals of Venice and across the Bridge of Sighs was a beautiful and highly recommended experience. Everything was meticulously cared for and well-organized, with punctual scheduling. The service was professional and straightforward from the start. Although the price may seem a bit high, we found it reasonable given the quality and the experience offered. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and seeing Venice from the water; without a doubt, a unique way to experience the city. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was like living a dream; being able to experience what you used to only see in movies was truly an unparalleled experience. The young man took us under the Bridge of Sighs and across many more bridges and canals in the surrounding area. He was very friendly, and luckily, he spoke Spanish, which made his company very pleasant. This half-hour experience was well worth the price we paid. My wife and I are so satisfied that we highly recommend it, and if we return to Venice, we would definitely do it again. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We easily found the meeting point, were guided to the gondolas, and assigned to them. There were between four and five people in each gondola. The ride was beautiful. The only downside was the gondolier who was with us. He didn't even say hello. However, we could see the other gondoliers talking to the passengers and telling them stories about the areas we were passing through. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was excellent and highly recommended. We went to the meeting point, the woman from the office accompanied us to the gondola dock, and from there we split up. My niece and I went alone in one. The route was wonderful, across the Bridge of Sighs and through quiet, beautiful, and peaceful streets. Definitely worth repeating. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

It was a lovely experience, a typical canal cruise. The gondolier didn't provide any information about what we were seeing, which we expected. It would be nice to have some background information, like a movie reference or some historical details. Even so, we recommend the activity. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The ride was great. The only problem was that when we crossed the Bridge of Sighs, the gondolier didn't tell us, so we couldn't take the traditional photo; he seemed annoyed. You have to ask or, better yet, check Google Maps. I recommend taking a gondola ride; it's a lovely experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

The service for directing and organizing the groups to board each gondola was fine; however, the gondolier offered no explanation or guidance about the areas we were passing. He spent his time speaking Italian with the other gondolier in front of us, as if we were there to listen to their conversation. That was awful. It was like that for the entire journey, which was very short, barely 20 minutes. I could have easily gone all the way to Venice and hired the service for much less.

Translate this opinion into English.

We regret that the gondola ride did not meet your expectations. It is a self-guided service with no explanations, focused on the experience of traveling along the canals. However, we understand your perspective and are sorry you didn't enjoy it as much as you had hoped. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's understood that this is a commercial activity, not the authentic experience of Venice. There were four of us in the same gondola, which was fine. We received no explanation from the operator or the gondolier about where we were or what sights we were seeing. To top it all off, I got a scolding from the gondolier when I slipped and fell while getting off. Instead of asking how I was, he reprimanded me for not paying attention, something he judged from the start. Tourists don't understand shouting.

There are many routes, and this isn't the best, nor is it cheap despite being shared gondolas. The gondoliers were free for a long time, yet the agency wouldn't let us change the time, even though we were with someone who couldn't walk much and we had to keep them occupied for a long time until the ticket time... even though there were free gondolas while we waited.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was a very pleasant experience and recommended for anyone visiting Venice. At least once in a lifetime, you have to do it. We were two couples in the gondola, it was a ride that didn't feel short at all, cruising through the canals of Venice and admiring its beauty. To my surprise, most of the journey was dominated by silence and peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the other areas filled with tourists. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Here's a tip to check if the tour will be with another couple. We arrived first and the gondolier separated my husband and me, and the couple stayed together, it wasn't so nice to be separated, and to be just the two of us we had to pay extra. This information should have been in the reservation. Opinion translated. Show original.

The ride itself was very beautiful and charming. But the price charged by Civitatis is a rip-off. Here at the location, they rent the gondola for 90 euros for up to 5 passengers, and if there are two of you but you pay the 90 euros, you get to ride alone. However, Civitatis charged 80 euros for two people, even sharing with others. They should charge less or let you ride the entire gondola without other passengers.

Uma experiência maravilhosa. Prestadores de serviço pontuais e deu tudo certo. Indico. Translate this opinion into English.

A wonderful experience. Punctual service providers and everything went well. I recommend them. There is a support point for the gondolas, more towards the center of the island, about 200m from the gondola departure point; but the logistics are super easy. At this support point, we presented the voucher, they identified us and took us to the gondolas. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's a good way to experience riding in a gondola without having to pay 90 euros. The problem is that since there are five people in the gondola, unless you sit in the two comfortable seats, the other three are quite cramped and uncomfortable.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.
